Te Kaiārahi Leadership Camps

At Te Kaiārahi, our leadership camps are immersive experiences designed to guide rangatahi and adults through three transformative stages. First, we help participants disconnect from their day-to-day routines, technology, and familiar environments. We bring them into the unique container of our camp—a community we build together. Here, we share stories, including lived experiences and leadership lessons, fostering a deep sense of whanaungatanga. Then, we challenge participants to step out of their comfort zones and develop resilience. Finally, we reflect together, envisioning future goals and returning home with a renewed sense of purpose and leadership. In essence, our camps are a holistic journey that reconnects each participant with themselves, their community, and the natural world.
